Congratulations to Father Joseph Tobin, C.Ss.R., on his ordination as bishop

Please join us in praying for our fellow Redemptorist, Father Joseph Tobin, as he is ordained a bishop Saturday, October 9, at St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome.

In August, Father Tobin was named as the secretary of the Vatican’s Congregation for the Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life. He will hold the rank of archbishop.

The ordination Mass will be held at 4 p.m. Roman time (10 a.m. Eastern). Live streaming video of the ceremony is available through the Redemptorist General Government video page at www.cssr.tv.
