The healthcare facility offers a nursing staff on- duty 24 hours a day that is able to provi de the care for the special needs of our residents. Most of the priests and brothers have chronic conditions. There are also priests and brothers who stay at the Saint John Neumann Residence when they are recovering from serious surgical procedures. The facility accommodates rehabilitation care for short or long-term stays and a monitored healthcare plan for recovery.

Redemptorist Missionaries who live here are still relatively independent, but may need some assistance and care in their daily activities such as meals, dressing, bathing, medication, and transportation. The Mission House in centered by Our Mother of Perpetual Help Chapel where the residents continue their pastoral ministry of praying for the intentions they receive. Resident accommodations include group meals and amenities, such as social activities, exercise, laundry, and housekeeping services. There are nurses on site that provide daily healthcare assessments, physical therapy plans, and regular healthcare monitoring.
