Tom Slymon

TOM SLYMON died Sunday, December 13 from complications of cancer.Tom worked as a Redemptorist priest in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. He was a very energetic missionary. He helped build a chapel in a campo of Fajardo and a center for training rural farmers, Centro Padre Julio, in Las Matas de Farfan. Then he established a large Charismatic prayer circle in Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, PR.  Later he left us, married, and took up residence in Chicago. He was originally from Mission Hill. May he rest in peace.
