Joseph Timothy Freund of the Saint Alphonsus Villa Community, New Smyrna Beach, Florida, died on December 27, 2020, age 87. Born December 22, 1933, in Manhattan, he was the son of Francis J. and Julia (Rein).
Our Mother of Perpetual Help School in Ephrata, PA made quite the debut in its foray into the Extraordinary Give last month. The PreK-8 school rang up an astounding $145,127 in Lancaster County’s annual day of giving on Nov. 20.

TOM SLYMON died Sunday, December 13 from complications of cancer. Tom worked as a Redemptorist priest in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. He was a very energetic missionary. He helped build a chapel in a campo of Fajardo and a center for training rural farmers, Centro Padre Julio, in Las Matas de Farfan.
Thomas Anthony Burke was born on January 2, 1956 in Brooklyn, NY. The son of William and Mary (Murphy), he was baptized (January 22, 1956) at St. Francis Xavier Church, Brooklyn and confirmed (April 15, 1967) at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Brooklyn.
